I, Derek Lay, started Alpha Auto Detailing with a dream to be the best at what I do in Chico Ca, and surrounding areas. I was young and broke but had determination. I wanted to show the world I could build an amazing Auto Detailing Business from nothing but willpower and knowledge. The reason I chose “ALPHA” for my business name is because the word “ALPHA” means beginning or leader. It is also a term used for the top dog or “Alpha Male.”
In my soul I knew I was a leader, not a follower, so the name Alpha Auto Detailing was perfect. Today, thanks to all my amazing customers, Alpha Auto Detailing is one of the best auto detailing businesses in Chico.
I built my business from the ground up. I never received a loan from family and friends, nor did I take a business loan from a bank or use credit cards. I grew my business on hard work and exceptional customer service.
I wanted to make sure I earned the customer not just the money. I always went above and beyond and like any great business word spread fast. I never stopped putting money back into my business and worked extremely hard to grow Alpha to the point we are at now.
